Job Description

1.Leadership & Team Development:

Mentor and scale a support team (including US shift coverage).
Foster a culture of continuous learning (latest tech, certifications, KB articles). Conduct performance reviews, skill-gap analysis, and training programs. 2.Technical & Operational Excellence:

Advanced Troubleshooting: Resolve complex Windows/MacOS, O365, VC setups, and network/data center issues.
Automation & Scripting: Optimize workflows via PowerShell, Power Automate, Excel macros. Tool Ownership: Administer ITSM tools (Zoho ServiceDesk Plus, ServiceNow) and monitoring systems. Security & Compliance: Lead surveillance audits, ensure ISMS 27001 adherence, and manage endpoint security. 3.Strategic Initiatives:

Evaluate and pilot emerging technologies (AI-driven support, cloud tools).
Standardize VC setup, network policies, and data center ops. Collaborate with Infra teams on Azure/cloud migrations, PPT report.
Required Skills (Must have)
Experience: 5+ years in IT Ops, including 2+ years leading teams.
Hands-on with Zoho ServiceDesk Plus, Power Platform, and networking (LAN/WAN, VPN, firewalls).
Audit-ready: Experience with ISMS 27001, surveillance audits, and ITIL compliance.
Scripting: PowerShell/Python for automation.
Productivity: Advanced Excel, Power Automate.
Infra: Virualization, Server Management, VC systems (Zoom/MS
Teams Rooms), data center basics.
Soft Skills: Stakeholder communication, crisis management.
Certifications (Preferred): ITIL v4, ISO 27001 LA, Microsoft 365 Certified.
Preferred Educational Qualifications
An undergraduate degree in engineering, statistics, mathematics, computer science, or another technical field. For those with an undergraduate degree in non-technical fields, relevant prior work experience and technical aptitude will be important.
