Join our IT operations team, supporting clients worldwide and ensuring smooth, SLA-driven service delivery

What You’ll Do:

• Provide remote support via tools, calls, and ticketing systems (SLA-driven)

• Manage Azure (VMs, storage, networking, Azure AD, Conditional Access, MFA)

• Administer Microsoft 365 (Exchange, Teams, SharePoint, OneDrive, security)

• Maintain Active Directory & Group Policies (on-prem/hybrid)

• Perform email migrations (Google Workspace, Exchange, IMAP/POP) & configure SPF/DKIM/DMARC

• Configure file shares (NTFS, SharePoint, OneDrive, Azure Files)

• Manage Windows Server, Linux, Windows 10–11, macOS environments

• Administer endpoint security (Intune, antivirus, BitLocker, File Vault)

• Automate routine tasks with PowerShell (Bash scripting is a plus)

• Monitor backups, perform restore tests, and troubleshoot networking (TCP/IP, DNS, MX, DHCP, VPN, firewall)

You Bring:

• Basic knowledge of Azure, Microsoft 365, Google Workspace, DNS, Active Directory

• Understanding of networking fundamentals (TCP/IP, DNS, MX records)

• OS management experience across Windows Server, Linux, Windows, macOS

• File/email migration experience & familiarity with ITSM/ticketing tools

• Strong troubleshooting skills and a passion for learning

• Willingness to work in UK & US rotational shifts

• Self-motivated with an eagerness to take on new technologies (training & certifications reimbursed!)
