We specialize in delivering enterprise-grade solutions tailored to the unique needs of organizations to help them scale faster, stay secure, and operate more efficiently, regardless of industry or business size.
This is a full-time on-site role for an IT Operations Engineer at Kloud MSP. The IT Operations Engineer will be responsible for IT operations, troubleshooting, technical support, system administration, and ensuring the smooth functioning of the organization's technology infrastructure remotely and must work in US & UK shift.
• Support via remote tools, calls & ticketing (SLA-driven)
• Manage Azure (VMs, storage, networking, Azure AD, Conditional Access, MFA)
• Administer M365 (Exchange, Teams, SharePoint, OneDrive, security)
• Maintain Active Directory & Group Policies (on-prem/hybrid)
• Perform email migrations (Google, Exchange, IMAP/POP) & configure SPF/DKIM/DMARC
• Configure file shares (NTFS, SharePoint, OneDrive, Azure Files)
• Manage Windows Server, Linux, Win 10–11, macOS
• Administer endpoint security (Intune, AV, BitLocker, File Vault)
• Automate with PowerShell & Bash
• Backup monitoring, restore tests, networking (TCP/IP, DHCP, VPN, firewall)
• Knowledge of Azure, M365, DNS, Active Directory
• OS management across Windows Server, Linux, Windows, macOS
• File/email migration skills, RMM & ticketing experience
• Strong troubleshooting, documentation & self-learning mindset
