Job Description

As an IT Operations Executive at Lambodra Group, you will play a crucial role in managing the end-to-end lifecycle of service contracts, supporting product operations, and coordinating the Annual Maintenance Contract (AMC). Your responsibilities will involve bridging customer engagement, internal operations, and service delivery teams to ensure seamless renewals, optimized workflows, and high customer satisfaction. Key Responsibilities: - Proactively manage renewals for various software licenses, firewall, WHMCS tool handling, support contracts, AMC subscriptions, and product maintenance agreements. - Collaborate closely with sales and account management teams to ensure timely renewals and identify upsell opportunities. - Communicate effectively with customers to present renewal options, pricing details, and contract changes. - Generate invoices under WHMCS tool and facilitate the handover of invoices to the Accounts Department. - Maintain contract data in CRM and renewal management systems. - Provide guidance to IT support teams for resolving technical issues in a timely manner. - Prepare renewal forecasts, reports, and risk analysis for leadership review. - Monitor service-level agreements (SLAs), key metrics, and ensure contract compliance. - Collaborate with product teams to align renewal and AMC offerings with product updates and lifecycle changes. - Assist in the rollout of new product features, updates, and support documentation. - Ensure that operational processes are adjusted according to product changes and customer needs. - Conduct product training sessions for employees and clients. Annual Maintenance Contract (AMC) Related to CCTV: - Support onboarding and lifecycle management for AMC customers. - Coordinate with technical teams to schedule application support, updates, and incident resolution. - Ensure a smooth transition between implementation and ongoing AMC support phases. Qualifications and Skills: - Bachelor's degree in computer science, Information Technology, or a related field. - Minimum of 2-3 years of experience in IT operations. - Strong knowledge of network and system administration. - Excellent leadership, communication, and problem-solving skills. - Ability to manage multiple projects and prioritize tasks effectively. This job is full-time and requires work during the evening shift. The work location is remote.,
