Job Description

  • Collaborate with Hiring Managers to identify staffing needs, define job requirements, and develop effective recruitment strategies.
  • Create and Post Job Descriptions on various platforms, including general job boards, social media, and industry-specific networks, to attract a broad range of candidates.
  • Source Candidates using diverse methods such as resume databases, professional networks (like LinkedIn), networking events, and internal databases.
  • Screen Applicants by reviewing resumes and applications, and conducting initial phone or video interviews to assess qualifications and cultural fit.
  • Coordinate Interviews and all subsequent steps with candidates and hiring teams, ensuring a smooth process.
  • Manage the Offer Process, including reference and background checks, negotiating terms and conditions, and extending job offers.
  • Maintain Records and track recruitment metrics (e.g., time-to-hire, source of hire) using Applicant Tracking Systems (ATS) and HR databases.
  • Ensure a Positive Candidate Experience throughout the entire recruitment and onboarding process.
  • Build Talent Pipelines and foster long-term relationships with potential candidates for future openings.
  • Qualifications and Skills

Education: A Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field is typically required.

  • Experience: Proven experience as a recruiter, preferably in non-IT fields or a specific industry (e.g., sales, finance, healthcare).
  • Communication: Excellent verbal and written communication and interpersonal skills are essential for building relationships with candidates and hiring managers.
  • Soft Skills: Strong emphasis is placed on soft skills such as time management, organizational abilities, problem-solving, negotiation, and adaptability.
  • Technical Proficiency: Familiarity with Applicant Tracking Systems (ATS), HR software, and job boards is crucial for managing the recruitment workflow.
  • Industry Knowledge: The ability to quickly understand the nuances, specific job functions, and required competencies for various non-technical industries is key.

Pay: ₹9,280.90 - ₹38,650.26 per month
