Job Roles & Responsibilities:

•  Install, configure, and maintain network hardware and software.
•  Monitor and optimize network performance and reliability.
•  Administer firewalls, VPNs, routers, switches, and other network devices.
•  Troubleshoot and resolve hardware, software, and connectivity issues.
•  Implement and enforce network security protocols and best practices.
•  Manage user access and permissions across the network.
•  Perform regular system backups and recovery procedures.
•  Maintain documentation related to network configurations, system logs, and asset inventory.
•  Plan and implement network upgrades and expansions.
•  Respond to and manage network outages and emergencies promptly.
• Serve as the primary point of contact for all IT-related facility requirements, including coordination with building management, maintenance teams, and relevant authorities for infrastructure support (e.g., cabling, server room access, power supply, HVAC systems, and compliance with building regulations)

Skill Set:

•  Strong understanding of network infrastructure, protocols (TCP/IP, DNS, DHCP), and services.
•  Experience with network hardware
•  Familiarity with network monitoring and diagnostic tools.
•  Knowledge of firewalls, VPNs, and security practices.
•  Excellent problem-solving and communication skills.
•  Ability to work independently and manage multiple tasks.
•  May require after-hours support or on-call availability for emergencies.
•  Physical ability to install network equipment (lifting, climbing, etc.).

Job Types: Full-time, Permanent

Pay: ₹25,000.00 - ₹30,000.00 per month

Ability to commute/relocate:

• Gurugram, Haryana: Reliably commute or planning to relocate before starting work (Preferred)
