IT Manager

Responsible for installation,

maintenance, and troubleshooting of computer hardware, peripherals, and network equipment to ensure smooth IT operations.

• Technology Strategy & Planning
• Develop and implement IT strategies aligned with business goals.
• Plan and forecast future IT needs (hardware, software, personnel).
• Evaluate and recommend new technologies and vendors.
• Team Leadership & Management
• Lead and manage IT staff including hiring, training, and evaluating performance.
• Assign tasks, set goals, and ensure deadlines are met.
• Promote collaboration and professional development.
• Systems & Network Management
• Oversee installation, configuration, and maintenance of IT systems.
• Ensure the network infrastructure is efficient and secure.
• Monitor system performance and troubleshoot issues.
• Budgeting & Vendor Management
• Manage IT budgets, procurement, and cost control.
• Negotiate with vendors and manage relationships with service providers.
• Track spending and ROI on IT investments.
• Support & Service Delivery
• Oversee helpdesk operations and end-user support.
• Ensure timely resolution of technical issues.
• Improve user satisfaction with IT services.
• Project Management
• Lead IT projects such as system upgrades, migrations, or software deployments.
• Use project management methodologies (e.g., Agile, Waterfall).
• Monitor progress, manage risks, and ensure successful delivery.
• Compliance & Documentation
• Maintain documentation of IT policies, procedures, and configurations.
• Ensure compliance with industry standards and regulations (e.g., ISO, PCI-DSS).
• Prepare for internal and external audits.
