Role Description

This is a full-time on-site role for an IT Manager, based in Karnal. The IT Manager will oversee day-to-day IT operations, maintain and enhance IT infrastructure, and ensure the security and efficiency of IT systems. Key responsibilities include managing hardware and software assets, troubleshooting network and system issues, implementing IT solutions, and leading technology projects. The role also involves mentoring IT staff and collaborating with other departments to align IT systems with organizational goals.

Qualifications

Proficiency in IT infrastructure management, systems administration, and hardware/software troubleshooting
Strong knowledge and experience in network management, security protocols, and system architecture
Project management skills, including planning, execution, and stakeholder communication
Ability to lead and mentor IT teams effectively
Experience in data analysis, IT budgeting, and resource allocation
Excellent problem-solving and critical-thinking skills
Familiarity with industry-standard IT tools and technologies, and relevant certifications are a plus
Bachelor's degree in Information Technology, Computer Science, or a related field
