Job Description

Involved in IT Asset Management (ITAM) activities including procurement, tagging, inventory tracking, warranty/AMC updates, and coordinating with vendors for service or replacements.
Supports Microsoft 365 platform for user onboarding, mailbox setup, license assignment, Teams/OneDrive troubleshooting, and secure access.
Works with Microsoft Intune for device enrollment, compliance checks, app deployment, and health monitoring of corporate devices.
Handles basic Active Directory operations such as user creation, password reset, group membership updates, and access permissions.
Provides L1 troubleshooting support for DHCP, DNS, VPN connectivity, and secure printing issues.
Assists in applying and understanding Group Policy (GPO) for system configuration, security baselines, and user restrictions.
Performs basic network support involving LAN/WAN connectivity checks, VLAN & switch port activation, router configuration assistance, IP conflict resolution, and static/dynamic IP knowledge.
Understands fundamental networking concepts such as the OSI model, TCP/IP, and routing basics.
Coordinates firewall access requests and has working knowledge of firewall concepts, rules, and user access policies.
Has awareness of common security vulnerabilities, antivirus alerts, patching requirements, and follows IT security policies for data protection and compliance.
