Job Description

Plan & Procure IT assets
(laptops, desktops, printers, servers, network devices) through vendor evaluation, negotiation, and ERP-based purchase workflows.
Deploy & Configure IT assets
for end-users, ensuring compliance with IT standards, security policies, and lifecycle tracking in ERP/ITAM tools.
Monitor & Audit
asset utilization, license compliance, warranty/AMC status, and update the IT Asset Register regularly.
Optimize Costs
by reallocating underutilized assets, tracking renewals, and ensuring efficient vendor/service management.
Retire & Dispose
end-of-life assets securely, aligning with audit, compliance, and business continuity requirements.
