IT Internship

As an IT Intern at Turabit, you will have the opportunity to gain hands-on experience in IT operations, technical support, system maintenance, and more. Your role will involve: - Providing first-level technical support to internal teams, including hardware/software troubleshooting. - Assisting in installing, configuring, and maintaining computer systems and networks. - Supporting the IT team in managing software updates, system backups, and inventory. - Helping to document IT procedures, configurations, and issue resolutions. - Monitoring and responding to system alerts and user requests. - Collaborating with other departments to support tech needs for ongoing projects. - Staying up to date with emerging technologies and industry best practices. To qualify for this role, you should be: - Currently pursuing or recently completed a degree/diploma in Information Technology, Computer Science, or a related field. - Have basic knowledge of computer hardware, networking, and operating systems (Windows/Linux). - Familiar with Microsoft Office Suite, Google Workspace, or similar tools. - Possess strong analytical and problem-solving skills. - Have good communication and interpersonal skills. - Able to work independently and as part of a team.
