IT Infrastructure Project Planner

Job Description

Key Responsibilities: Lead the design and planning of ICT infrastructure projects from conception to implementation. Work with stakeholders to understand business needs and translate them into technical requirements and specifications. Create project plans, schedules, and budgets and ensure adherence to them. Communicate with clients, vendors, and stakeholders to ensure project requirements are clearly defined and met. Develop project designs and create detailed project documentation, including technical specifications, design documents, and test plans. Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including networking, security, and support teams, to ensure successful project delivery. Provide regular progress updates to stakeholders and project managers. Manage project risks, issues, and dependencies and take corrective actions as needed. Identify opportunities for process improvements and propose innovative solutions to enhance project delivery. Able to understand and have proven experience on the ICT Infrastructure technology connectivity, Networking, CCTV, LAN, Wireless radios, Switching, servers, Internet connectivity, VSAT etc. Maintain up-to-date knowledge of emerging technologies and industry trends. Requirements: Minimum 9 to 12 years of relevant experience in project planning & designing or a related role. Experience of analysing and specifying technical requirements. Capable of multitasking and handling load under pressure. Clear and fluent English (both verbal and written). Ability to build and maintain efficient working relationships with remote team members. Familiarity with project management methodologies such as Agile, Scrum, or Waterfall Innovative and highly motivated with ability to work within a team and deliver to tight deadlines. Strong communication skills, both written and verbal Attention to detail and the ability to multitask in a fast-paced environment. Demonstrate ability to take ownership of and accountability for relevant projects and services.
