Position Overview

SAP S/4HANA MM and BP Data Specialist

Key Responsibilities

• Manage

  end-to-end Material Master and Business Partner (BP) data in the SAP S/4HANA system.

• Collaborate with business stakeholders to gather, analyze, and validate data requirements for MM and BP modules.
• Maintain

  data integrity, consistency, and compliance

  with internal standards and industry best practices.
• Lead data migration efforts, including

  data extraction, cleansing, transformation

  , and loading during SAP S/4HANA implementations or upgrades.
• Monitor and enhance data quality through validation, reconciliation, and correction activities.
• Develop and maintain documentation for data processes, models, and flows related to MM and BP.
• Partner with IT and functional teams to resolve data-related issues and provide ongoing user support.
• Configure and maintain MM and BP master data settings aligned with business requirements.
• Provide training and guidance to business users on data maintenance and best practices.
• Participate in testing, troubleshooting, and go-live support for MM and BP data-related initiatives.

Qualifications and Skills

• Bachelors degree in Information Technology, Business Administration, Supply Chain Management, or related field.

• Minimum 3 years

  of hands-on experience with

  SAP S/4HANA MM and BP

  modules (experience in SAP ECC MM and Vendor/Customer Master is a plus).
• Strong knowledge of SAP S/4HANA data models for Material Master and Business Partner, including

  Customer-Vendor Integration (CVI).

• Proficiency with

  SAP data migration tools

  such as

  SAP Data Services, LTMC

  , or

  LSMW.

• Expertise in data analysis, data cleansing, and data quality management techniques.
• Strong analytical skills with the ability to translate complex business requirements into effective technical solutions.

Preferred Experience

• Participation in at least

  one full-cycle SAP S/4HANA

  implementation or migration project.
• Familiarity with

  SAP Fiori

  applications for MM and BP data management.
• Understanding of integration touchpoints with

  SAP FI, SD, and WM modules.

• Experience in data governance and master data management (MDM) frameworks.
