IT Infrastructure Lead

As an impactful and visionary IT Lead, you will be responsible for driving technology transformation and spearheading various initiatives such as ERPNext, Field Assist SFA, Zylem integration, and Superset Analytics. Your role will involve ensuring seamless operations and strategic business alignment. Key Responsibilities: - Define and execute the IT strategy and roadmap in alignment with business objectives, focusing on scalability, compliance, and innovation. - Oversee the adoption and utilization of ERPNext, Field Assist SFA, Zylem integration, and analytics platforms to ensure seamless operations. - Manage IT infrastructure, including cloud, network, and cybersecurity, with a strong emphasis on reliability and regulatory compliance. - Collaborate with sales, supply chain, finance, and compliance teams to deliver integrated solutions that enhance overall performance. - Lead vendor evaluation, negotiation, and management to provide cost-effective and value-driven IT solutions. - Provide support and drive continuous improvement for field force operations, inventory management, and order management systems. Qualifications Required: - 15+ years of progressive IT leadership experience, preferably in new-age product and technology companies; experience in pharma, trade generics, or FMCG sectors would be advantageous. - Proven track record in ERP systems, field force applications, and supply chain/inventory tools. - Strong understanding of IT infrastructure, data management, and open-source analytics platforms. - Hands-on experience with cloud environments, such as Azure or equivalent. - Excellent project and vendor management skills with a focus on delivering measurable ROI.,
