You will be responsible for achieving division-wise primary targets and ensuring they are equal to or greater than secondary targets. Your key objectives will include generating maximum prescriptions, increasing market share, and ensuring zero cases of expiry on stockist shelves by timely liquidation of stocks through prescription generation. It will be essential to share competitor and market information with the ABM and Division in a timely manner. Building strong relationships with customers and stockists will be crucial. You are required to conduct stockist visits as per defined frequency without deviation. It is important to prioritize doctors appropriately and meet them with the right frequency. You will need to leverage managerial, marketing, and support functions to engage effectively with important customers and strengthen relationships. Your role will involve planning and monitoring new product introductions, stocking as per plan, and tracking sales progress. Providing timely information about new products to stockists will be part of your responsibilities. Daily reporting of fieldwork in the assigned online system is mandatory. Organizing camps (CME) according to division strategy and customer needs will be expected.
