You will be responsible for achieving division-wise primary targets and ensuring they are equal to or greater than secondary targets. Your key objectives will include generating maximum prescriptions, increasing market share, and ensuring zero cases of expiry on stockist shelves by timely liquidation of stocks through prescription generation. It will be essential to share competitor and market information with the ABM and Division in a timely manner. Building strong relationships with customers and stockists will be crucial. You are required to conduct stockist visits as per defined frequency without deviation. It is important to prioritize doctors appropriately and meet them with the right frequency.
