IT Infrastructure Lead

As an IT Infrastructure Lead at Lam Research, you will play a crucial role in overseeing the design, implementation, and management of the cloud infrastructure within Microsoft Azure. Your responsibilities will include providing technical leadership, hands-on support, ensuring cloud security, governance, and operational excellence. In this role, you will lead the Infrastructure team in designing and managing cloud infrastructure solutions, develop and maintain cloud infrastructure strategy aligned with business goals, and provide technical leadership to foster continuous improvement and innovation. - Lead the Infrastructure team in designing, implementing, and managing cloud infrastructure solutions. - Develop and maintain the cloud infrastructure strategy to align with business goals. - Provide technical leadership and mentorship, fostering a culture of continuous improvement. - Design and implement scalable, secure, and highly available cloud infrastructure solutions in Microsoft Azure. - Perform hands-on work in provisioning, configuring, and managing cloud resources. - Implement and enforce cloud governance policies, manage security measures, and ensure compliance with industry standards. - Ensure high availability and disaster recovery strategies, and optimize cost management of cloud resources. - Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure seamless integration and operation of cloud services. - Communicate effectively with stakeholders, providing regular updates on infrastructure status and improvements. - Minimum 8 years of experience in IT infrastructure management with at least 3 years in a leadership role. - Extensive experience with Microsoft Azure cloud services. - Hands-on experience in provisioning, configuring, and managing cloud resources. - Strong knowledge of cloud architecture, infrastructure as code (IaC), and automation tools. - Relevant Azure certifications are highly desirable. - Excellent leadership, problem-solving, and communication skills.,
