Microsoft Office 365 collaboration

Key Responsibilities

IT Strategy & Leadership

• Define and execute IT roadmap aligned with business objectives.
  
• Establish IT governance, security policies, and compliance frameworks.
  

Infrastructure, Server & Cloud Management

• Manage on-premise and cloud-based IT infrastructure, servers, networks, and cybersecurity.
  
• Ensure business continuity, disaster recovery, data backup, and high system availability.
  
• Administer

  Microsoft Office 365 (Exchange, Teams, SharePoint, OneDrive, Intune)

  for enterprise collaboration and security.

ERP, CRM & Enterprise Applications

• Lead

  SAP

  implementation and support (Finance, Procurement, Project Accounting).
• Own

  Salesforce CRM

  configuration, integrations, automation, and analytics.
• Integrate SAP, Salesforce, Office 365, and other business systems seamlessly.
  

AI & Digital Transformation

• Drive AI and automation initiatives for sales, reporting, analytics, and operational efficiency.
  
• Identify AI/ML use cases relevant to real estate and plotting operations.
  

Data Security & Compliance

• Implement data security, access controls, and cyber risk mitigation.
  
• Ensure compliance with IT audits, data protection policies, and regulatory standards.
  

Team & Vendor Management

• Lead IT teams across infrastructure, applications, and support.
  
• Manage vendors, IT budgets, licensing, and cost optimization.
  

Skills & Competencies Required

• Strong expertise in

  IT Infrastructure, Servers, Cloud & Cybersecurity

• Hands-on experience with

  Microsoft Office 365 administration

• Proven experience with

  Salesforce CRM

  and

  SAP ERP

• Exposure to

  AI implementation & automation projects

• Strong leadership and stakeholder management skills
