You will be responsible for assisting in the installation, maintenance, troubleshooting, and repair of laptops, desktops, and printers to ensure high-quality support and customer satisfaction. Your key responsibilities will include: - Assisting in the installation, configuration, and setup of laptops, desktops, and printers. - Diagnosing and troubleshooting hardware and software issues. - Performing routine maintenance and preventive checks on devices. - Replacing or repairing faulty components in laptops, desktops, and printers. - Providing on-site and remote support to clients as required. - Maintaining service logs and documentation of all activities. - Escalating complex technical issues to senior engineers. - Ensuring compliance with safety and quality standards during service activities. To qualify for this position, you should have: - Education: Diploma/Graduate in Electronics, Computer Science, IT, or related field. - Experience: 01 year in IT hardware servicing (preferably laptops, desktops, and printers). - Basic knowledge of computer hardware, printer mechanisms, and networking. - Understanding of Windows OS, basic software troubleshooting, and drivers installation. - Good problem-solving and analytical skills. - Excellent communication skills and willingness to learn. - Customer-focused approach and professional behavior.
