IT Hardware Service Engineer

Job Description: You will be responsible for providing laptop/desktop troubleshooting, repair, and maintenance services. This includes diagnosing and repairing hardware issues such as motherboard, screen, keyboard, and battery replacements. Additionally, you will troubleshoot and resolve software issues like operating system errors and malware problems. System configurations and updates will be part of your tasks to ensure optimal performance. Installing, configuring, and upgrading laptop/desktop components and software will also be under your purview. Conducting preventive maintenance checks will be essential to maintain the equipment. Qualifications Required: - Experience in laptop repair for at least 1 year is preferred. Please note that the job type for this role is Contractual / Temporary.
