Job Opportunity: Senior IT Governance Leader – Finance/NBFC

Location: Seawoods, Navi Mumbai

About the Role

We are looking for a highly experienced IT Governance professional to lead and drive large-scale IT initiatives for a Finance/NBFC organization. The ideal candidate will have proven expertise in setting up Data Centers from scratch, establishing robust Testing COE, and developing enterprise-grade Resiliency & Operations Centers (ROC).

Key Responsibilities

• Data Center Setup & Management
• Lead end-to-end planning, design, and implementation of enterprise data centers.
• Ensure scalability, compliance, security, and disaster recovery measures are in place.
• Testing COE (Center of Excellence)
• Establish and govern Testing COE frameworks, methodologies, and automation strategies.
• Drive quality assurance across applications, infrastructure, and business systems.
• Resiliency & Operations Center (ROC)
• Build and manage an advanced ROC for proactive monitoring and incident management.
• Hands-on experience with Zoho ManageEngine, Site24x7, New Relic, Dynatrace, or similar platforms.
• Implement resiliency strategies to minimize downtime and ensure business continuity.
• IT Governance & Compliance
• Define IT policies, standards, and frameworks aligned with finance/NBFC regulations.
• Oversee audits, risk management, and compliance with RBI and regulatory guidelines.
• Leadership & Strategy
• Partner with CXOs to align IT governance with business strategy.
• Mentor and guide technology teams to deliver excellence in IT operations.

Key Skills & Competencies

• Strong expertise in Data Center design & operations.
• Proven experience in Testing COE setup and execution.
• Hands-on with ROC tools – Zoho Manage Engine, Site24x7, New Relic, Dynatrace.
• Knowledge of resiliency frameworks, disaster recovery, and business continuity planning.
• Strong governance, compliance, and regulatory understanding of finance/NBFC sector.
• Exceptional leadership, stakeholder management, and communication skills.

Qualification

• Bachelor’s/Master’s in Computer Science, IT, or related field.
• Certifications in ITIL, COBIT, or equivalent governance frameworks preferred.
