Job Description

Job Purpose : Shall be responsible for Installing, maintaining and repairing hardware & software components of the organization's computers · Shall be responsible for Managing Windows, Linux, or Mac systems · Shall be responsible for Upgrading, installing, and configuring application software and computer hardware · Shall be responsible for Troubleshooting and providing technical support to employees · Shall be responsible for Creating and managing system permissions and user accounts. · Shall be responsible for Performing regular security tests and security monitoring · Shall be responsible for Performing regular security tests and security monitoring & local area networks (LAN), wide area networks (WAN), storage area networks (SAN), and virtual private networks (VPNs) · Shall be responsible for Install, configure, and maintain routers, firewalls, and switches · Shall be responsible for Protect networks from unauthorized users through physical and technical means · Shall be responsible for Resolve network connectivity issues for other employees · Shall be responsible for Maintain and troubleshoot storage networks · Shall be responsible for Physical, network, and software security & Risk mitigation strategy and threat analysis · Shall be responsible for maintain Cloud administration and applications Required Skill & Knowledge: · Excellent Communication Skills Computer hardware and software systems and programs Computer networks, network administration and network installation Computer troubleshooting Computer viruses and security · E-mail and internet programs Management and supervisory skills Analytical and problem solving skills Effective verbal, presentation and listening communications skills.
