IT Executive

Job Summary:

The IT Executive is responsible for maintaining the organization’s IT infrastructure, ensuring optimal performance of systems and networks, providing technical support to users, and assisting in implementing IT projects that align with the company’s goals and security standards.

Key Responsibilities:

• System & Network Management:
• Install, configure, and maintain hardware, software, and network systems.
• Monitor system performance and troubleshoot issues to ensure minimal downtime.
• Manage firewalls, routers, switches, and other network equipment.
• Technical Support:
• Provide first- and second-level IT support to end-users (hardware, software, network, and email issues).
• Set up and manage user accounts, permissions, and passwords.
• Maintain an IT helpdesk ticketing system to track issues and resolutions.
• Security & Backup:
• Implement and monitor cybersecurity measures (antivirus, access controls, data protection).
• Schedule and verify regular data backups and disaster recovery plans.
• Asset Management:
• Maintain an updated inventory of IT hardware and software licenses.
• Coordinate with vendors for IT equipment procurement, installation, and maintenance.
• IT Projects & Upgrades:
• Assist in IT infrastructure upgrades, cloud migrations, and software implementations.
• Support digital transformation initiatives and automation efforts.
• Documentation & Reporting:
• Document configurations, network layouts, and troubleshooting guides.
• Generate periodic reports on IT performance, incidents, and system health.

Qualifications & Skills:

• Bachelor’s degree in Information Technology, Computer Science, or a related field.
• 2–5 years of experience in IT support, system administration, or a similar role.
• Strong knowledge of Windows/Linux operating systems, networking (LAN/WAN), and Active Directory.
• Familiarity with cloud platforms (e.g., Microsoft 365, Azure, AWS) is an advantage.
• Basic understanding of cybersecurity principles and IT best practices.
• Excellent problem-solving, communication, and time management skills.
• Ability to work independently and collaboratively in a fast-paced environment.

Job Types: Full-time, Permanent

Pay: ₹15,000.00 - ₹35,000.00 per month
