We are currently seeking an experienced IT Executive with a background in hospital operations to join our team at the Bhatarahalli branch. Responsibilities: IT Infrastructure Management: Oversee the management and maintenance of the hospital's IT infrastructure, including servers, networks, and systems. Ensure the security and integrity of electronic data and information. Hospital Information System (HIS): Administer and optimize the Hospital Information System to streamline operational processes. Collaborate with department heads to customize and enhance HIS modules as per the hospital's requirements. User Support: Provide technical support to hospital staff for hardware, software, and network-related issues. Conduct training sessions to enhance staff proficiency in utilizing IT systems effectively. Data Management: Implement data backup and recovery procedures to safeguard critical information. Monitor and manage data storage resources efficiently. IT Security: Develop and enforce IT security policies and procedures to protect patient data and sensitive information. Conduct regular security audits to identify and address potential vulnerabilities. Requirements: Bachelor's degree in Information Technology, Computer Science, or a related field. Proven experience as an IT Executive in a hospital setting. In-depth knowledge of HIS, EMR, and other healthcare-related IT systems. Strong troubleshooting and problem-solving skills. Familiarity with healthcare data privacy regulations. Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
