Job Description

  • Marketing Strategy Development:
  • Develop and implement comprehensive marketing strategies to promote hospital services and enhance brand visibility.
  • Conduct market research to understand patient needs, competitors, and trends in the healthcare industry.
  • Digital Marketing:
  • Oversee the hospital’s website, ensuring that it is informative, engaging, and optimized for SEO.
  • Manage social media campaigns and content across platforms like Facebook, Instagram, LinkedIn, and Twitter.
  • Implement email marketing campaigns targeting current and potential patients, physicians, and referral sources.
  • Monitor online reputation and manage reviews on healthcare platforms such as Google, Healthgrades, and Facebook.
  • Brand Management:
  • Ensure consistent branding and messaging across all marketing channels and materials.
  • Work with graphic designers to create brochures, newsletters, flyers, and other promotional materials.
  • Patient Acquisition & Retention:
  • Develop and execute patient acquisition strategies through targeted marketing and outreach programs.
  • Create loyalty programs, patient referral campaigns, and other strategies to retain existing patients.
  • Event Planning & Community Outreach:
  • Organize and coordinate health events, seminars, and workshops to engage with the local community.
  • Establish relationships with community organizations, healthcare providers, and other stakeholders for brand partnerships.
  • Advertising & Promotion:
  • Collaborate with external agencies for advertising campaigns (TV, radio, print, digital, etc.).
  • Develop media plans and negotiate with media outlets for advertising placements.
  • Data Analysis & Reporting:
  • Monitor and report on marketing campaign performance, analyzing key metrics such as patient leads, website traffic, and social media engagement.
  • Provide insights and recommendations for improving future campaigns.
  • Collaborate with Clinical Teams:
  • Work closely with doctors, nurses, and medical staff to understand the hospital’s services and translate that into effective marketing strategies.
  • Support the hospital’s leadership in special initiatives, new services, and promotions.

Note:- Only hospital background employees are required for this position.

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: ₹25,000.00 - ₹35,000.00 per month
