Job Summary:

We are seeking a proactive and energetic Marketing Executive to join our team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for identifying potential clients, initiating cold calls, and converting leads into successful sales. You must have strong negotiation skills, be client-focused, and be able to work across various industries or services.

Key Responsibilities:

Identify and research potential leads and clients across different industries

Perform cold calling and lead engagement to generate business opportunities

Convert qualified leads into sales through effective negotiation and communication

Maintain regular communication with prospects and clients throughout the sales process

Build and manage strong client relationships

Work effectively across multiple services and sectors

Ensure all assigned tasks and follow-ups are completed on time

Maintain accurate lead data and progress tracking

Key Requirements:

Education: MBA in Marketing or any related field (preferred)

0–3 years of experience in marketing, business development, or sales

Excellent communication, interpersonal, and negotiation skills

Strong ability to build rapport and close sales deals

Self-motivated with a results-driven approach

Adaptable to work in any service-based industry

Familiarity with CRM tools or lead management software is a plus
