Job Summary: Pathfinder is seeking a motivated Marketing & Sales Executive to promote our educational programs and drive admissions. The role involves engaging with students and parents, explaining course offerings, generating leads, and achieving monthly enrollment targets. The ideal candidate should have excellent communication skills, a customer-first approach, and the ability to build strong relationships while representing Pathfinder’s values.

Key Responsibilities:

• Generate daily leads through calls, walk-ins, and follow-ups as per target.
• Counsel students and parents about Pathfinder courses and convert inquiries into admissions.
• Maintain regular follow-ups with all leads to meet weekly conversion milestones.
• Update daily reports, lead status, and target achievements in CRM or Excel.
• Participate in school visits, seminars, and marketing events to meet outreach and lead-generation goals.
• Build strong relationships with students and parents to increase referrals and repeat admissions.
