Network Engineering: Network Design and Implementation: Design, configure, and deploy robust network solutions (LAN, WAN, VPN, etc.) to meet organizational needs. Network Management: Oversee the administration, configuration, and maintenance of networking hardware (routers, switches, firewalls) and software. Troubleshooting and Support: Provide timely resolution of network issues, minimizing downtime and ensuring seamless connectivity for end-users. Security: Implement and manage network security protocols to protect against cyber threats and unauthorized access. Technical Expertise: Deep understanding of network protocols (TCP/IP, DNS, DHCP, etc.), networking hardware, and software. Hands-on experience with routers, switches, firewalls, and VPNs. Strong knowledge of network security, firewalls, encryption, and VPNs. Understanding of various tools and platforms such as Zoho, Grandstream UCM, Windows Server, Networking, Firewalls, IP Phones, and other IT resource Administer Zoho CRM, including user account management, permissions, and security settings. Configure and manage Grandstream UCM IPPBX system. Set up extensions, ring groups, call forwarding, and other telephony features. Windows Server Administration: Manage and maintain Windows Server environment, including updates, backups, and security. Networking & Connectivity: Oversee and maintain network infrastructure (P2P connections, static IP configurations, etc.). Configure and manage routers, switches, and network security devices. Troubleshoot networking issues, including connectivity and performance problems.
