Job Summary:

The IT Executive will be responsible for maintaining the organization’s IT infrastructure, providing technical support to staff, managing hardware and software systems, and ensuring smooth day-to-day IT operations.

Key Responsibilities:

• Install, configure, and maintain computer systems, networks, printers, and other IT equipment.
• Provide first-level technical support to employees for hardware, software, and network issues.
• Monitor system performance and troubleshoot problems to ensure uninterrupted operations.
• Ensure data backup, recovery, and IT security measures are in place.
• Manage user accounts, emails, and access rights.
• Coordinate with external vendors for IT equipment, software, and services.
• Maintain IT asset inventory and ensure timely maintenance or upgrades.
• Assist in implementing new software, systems, or IT-related projects.
• Ensure compliance with IT policies and security protocols.

Qualifications & Experience:

• Bachelor’s degree/diploma in IT, Computer Science, or a related field.
• 1–3 years of experience in IT support/administration.
• Knowledge of networking, hardware troubleshooting, and operating systems.
• Familiarity with antivirus, firewalls, and data security practices.

Key Skills:

• Strong troubleshooting and problem-solving skills.
• Good knowledge of Windows/Linux/Mac environments.
• Networking fundamentals (LAN/WAN, Wi-Fi, routers, switches).
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• Ability to multitask and work under pressure.
• Working knowledge of Google Workspace is mandatory.

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: ₹25,000.00 - ₹30,000.00 per month
