IT Executive

Responsibilities:

· As an IT Executive, you will handle the installation, configuration, and maintenance of software and hardware across the company, ensuring that all systems operate smoothly and efficiently. You will manage network servers and technology tools, monitor performance and maintain systems according to requirements.

· Troubleshooting and repairing malfunctions, providing technical support across the company, and resolving issues to maintain high levels of functionality and user satisfaction will be a key part of your role. You will ensure security through access controls, backups, and firewalls, and take charge of software license management, including renewals and audits.

· You will be responsible for managing the acquisition, installation, and maintenance of the organization’s IT systems, equipment, and peripherals. Keeping an inventory of all equipment, software, and software licenses is also part of your role.

· A willingness to engage with various teams and provide training and support for all systems and networks used within the company is essential. You will also be expected to stay up to date with the latest technologies and trends.

· In addition to these operational duties, you will assist in setting up IT equipment for employee use, ensuring that this equipment is repaired and replaced as necessary. You will manage IT-related projects, such as rollouts of new applications, and collaborate with the CTO to identify the need for upgrades, configurations, or new systems.

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: ₹20,000.00 - ₹23,000.00 per month
