Responsibilities:
Provide technical support for desktops, laptops, printers, and other office equipment.
Install, configure, and maintain operating systems, software, and hardware.
Manage user accounts, email setups, and access controls (Active Directory, Office 365, Google Workspace, etc.).
Monitor and troubleshoot network connectivity issues (LAN/Wi-Fi).
Assist in setting up new systems and onboarding employees with IT requirements.
Perform regular data backups and basic security checks.
Maintain inventory of IT assets and track system maintenance schedules.
Coordinate with vendors for hardware repairs or software licensing.
Document issues and resolutions to improve internal knowledge base.
Support IT projects under the supervision of senior admins or IT leads.
Bonus Skills:
Experience or knowledge of Linux server administration.
Basic understanding of Cloud platforms (AWS, Azure, or Google Cloud).
