Job Description

Roles and Responsibilities

1. Hardware, Network, and System Installation Expertise

Demonstrates strong knowledge of computer hardware components, network infrastructure, and system architecture.
Skilled in installing, configuring, and maintaining operating systems and server environments.

2. Technical Issue Diagnosis

Proficient in identifying, analyzing, and resolving diverse technical issues across hardware, software, and network systems.
Applies logical and methodical approaches to troubleshoot problems efficiently.

3. Remote Site Support

Manages and resolves technical issues at remote or offsite locations.
Ensures smooth operations and minimal downtime through effective communication and remote troubleshooting tools.

4. Windows OS and Network Troubleshooting

Expert in Windows operating systems, including setup, configuration, and performance tuning.
Skilled in diagnosing and resolving network connectivity issues, domain-related errors, and system conflicts.

5. Peripheral Device Troubleshooting

Experienced in handling issues related to peripheral devices including overhead projectors, ADF (Automatic Document Feed) scanners, and printers.
Ensures all devices are functional and integrated seamlessly into the network/system.
