Job Description

Role & responsibilities

Design, install, and maintain a company's computer systems.
They are responsible for testing, configuring, and troubleshooting hardware, software, and networking systems to meet the needs of the employer.
Training staff on newly installed hardware and software systems.
Ensuring security software is kept up to date.
Knowledge of LAN and wireless networks.
Familiarity with general OS systems, Enterprise, and Microsoft Office 365 software.
Knowledge of Sharing Printer server, tally server, NAS storage device, Microsoft 365 mail exchange.
Knowledge of Cisco Switch & router configuration, Fortinet Firewall, Matrix EPABX & attendance, CCTV Camera.

Preferred candidate profile

Bachelor's in BCA or Diploma in IT, Computers and any other Relevant field.
Excellent command on English language, especially rules of syntax, punctuation, and grammar.
Readiness for minimum 3 years of commitment.
Strong technical understanding of Computer system, Hardware and Software.
Adaptability to changing priorities and the ability to work in a fast-paced environment.
Problem-solving skills to address procurement-related challenges and optimize processes.
Enthusiastic team player with a willingness to learn and contribute to team goals.
