Job Description

Source, screen, and interview candidates for open positions related to C2H positions
Utilize various recruiting tools and resources to identify and attract candidates
Collaborate with hiring managers and the HR team to understand job requirements and ensure a smooth recruiting process
Conduct reference checks and perform background screenings on candidates as needed
Manage candidate communications and follow-up throughout the hiring process
Provide regular updates and reports on the status of open requisitions
Stay current with industry best practices and trends
Monitor and report on crucial recruitment metrics

Bachelors degree in human resources, business administration, psychology, or a related field
1+ years of experience in recruiting, staffing, or HR
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
Strong understanding of recruiting and sourcing strategies
Comfortable using technology and tools such as applicant tracking systems, databases, and social media to manage the recruiting process
Ability to manage multiple priorities and projects
Attention to detail and meeting deadlines
