Gurgaon 1 2 to 4 years Full Time Job Summary: We are seeking a skilled and customer-focused IT Desktop Support Engineer with 2 to 4 years of experience to join our IT team. The ideal candidate will provide technical support, troubleshoot hardware/software issues, and assist in the management of IT infrastructure, ensuring smooth day-to-day operations for end-users. Key Responsibilities: Provide first and second-level technical support to internal users via phone, email, and in-person. Troubleshoot and resolve issues related to desktops, laptops, printers, mobile devices, and other peripherals. Install, configure, and maintain operating systems (Windows/macOS/Linux) and standard software applications. Set up and manage user accounts, access permissions, and network shares (Active Directory, Office 365, etc.). Respond to IT service tickets in a timely and professional manner, documenting resolutions in the helpdesk system. Maintain and update IT asset inventory, including hardware and software. Assist in managing endpoint security, antivirus, and patch management. Support video conferencing tools and provide AV support for meetings and events. Collaborate with other IT team members for escalated issues and infrastructure projects. Create and maintain technical documentation and user guides. Required Skills & Qualifications: Bachelor’s degree in Information Technology, Computer Science, or a related field, or equivalent work experience. 2 to 4 years of experience in IT support or desktop support roles. Proficiency in troubleshooting Windows and macOS environments. Experience with Active Directory, Office 365 administration, and remote support tools. Solid understanding of networking concepts (TCP/IP, DNS, DHCP). Excellent communication and customer service skills. Ability to work independently and handle multiple tasks simultaneously.
