IT Delivery Center Head

As an experienced Managing Director at Eurofins IT Global Capability Centre (GCC) in India, you will play a crucial role in leading and transforming the IT Delivery Centre. Your responsibilities will include reimagining service delivery, developing transversal technology capabilities, fostering innovation, and aligning IT with broader business objectives. Your key responsibilities will involve defining the GCC's strategic value proposition, leading transformation efforts across people, processes, technology, and culture. You will act as the primary liaison between the GCC and global business and technology stakeholders, building strategic partnerships to ensure measurable business impact. Additionally, you will lead a diverse team of senior leaders, managers, and associates, focusing on talent acquisition, training, and retention strategies. You will be expected to drive automation, standardization, and agile/DevOps practices, leveraging emerging technologies to enhance efficiency and optimize IT operations. Monitoring KPIs, ensuring operational excellence, and managing the annual budget for the delivery centre will also be part of your role. Compliance with regulatory requirements, risk management, and governance initiatives will be essential aspects of your responsibilities. To excel in this role, you should have 10-12 years of experience in senior management roles, a proven track record in GCC establishment, expertise in business transformation and change management, and strong knowledge of software development processes. A Bachelor's or Master's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, Business Administration, or Operations Management is required.
