Key Responsibilities 1. Strategic Transformation Vision Define and communicate the strategic value proposition of the GCC. Align GCC capabilities with enterprise-wide business and IT goals. Lead transformation across people, processes, technology, and culture. 2. Stakeholder Management Serve as the key liaison between the GCC and global stakeholders. Build strategic partnerships with business units and IT leaders. Ensure service delivery excellence, adherence to SLAs, and proactively expand scope of services. 3. People Leadership & Talent Management Lead and inspire senior leaders, managers, and associates to foster a high-performance, collaborative culture. Oversee talent acquisition, learning and development, and retention strategies. Promote employee engagement, satisfaction, and a positive organizational culture. 4. Innovation & Continuous Improvement Drive digital innovation, automation, and standardization initiatives. Champion the adoption of agile and DevOps practices. Leverage emerging technologies such as AI/ML, cloud, and data platforms to improve delivery and efficiency. Establish and scale innovation hubs and Centers of Excellence (CoEs). 5. Performance & Risk Management Define and track KPIs to measure success, agility, and value delivered. Ensure operational excellence, quality assurance, compliance, and cybersecurity. Optimize resource allocation, capacity management, and service delivery. Promote alternate delivery models and drive competitive internal/external efficiency. 6. Financial & Budget Management Develop and manage the annual budget of the delivery center. Track financial performance, control costs, and drive frugal yet high-quality operations. Align benefits with Eurofins market positioning while meeting delivery expectations. 7. Compliance, Risk & Governance Ensure compliance with local labor laws, data privacy, and industry standards. Lead risk mitigation and business continuity planning. Align with Eurofins global entities and National Service Centres on governance, shared initiatives, and regulatory adherence. Qualifications Proven experience leading Global Capability Centers (GCCs) or similar large-scale delivery centers. Strong understanding of global IT service delivery, product development, and digital transformation. Demonstrated expertise in people leadership, innovation strategy, and stakeholder engagement. Proficiency in financial planning, risk management, and compliance frameworks. Deep knowledge of emerging technologies and enterprise IT practices (AI/ML, Cloud, Agile, DevOps). Strong interpersonal, communication, and leadership skills. Bachelor's or Master's Degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or related field. MBA preferred.
