IT Coordinator

Job Description:

We are looking for a skilled and motivated IT Coordinator to oversee and support the day-to-day IT operations of our organization. The ideal candidate will have practical experience with operating system installation, network and printer troubleshooting, and managing IT hardware such as CCTV systems. This role also involves coordination with IT vendors and ensuring smooth communication across departments regarding technical needs.

Roles & Responsibilities:

• Install, configure, and troubleshoot Windows and Linux operating systems
• Perform basic network and printer troubleshooting
• Manage CCTV installation, maintenance, and issue resolution
• Coordinate with and follow up on new IT vendors and service providers
• Provide technical support and guidance to staff for hardware and software issues
• Maintain accurate IT asset inventory and documentation
• Assist with setup and deployment of new systems and IT equipment
• Monitor and escalate unresolved IT issues as necessary

Required Skills & Qualifications:

• 1–2 years of experience in IT support or coordination role
• Good knowledge of Windows & Linux OS installation and troubleshooting
• Familiar with network basics, printer configuration, and IP setups
• Hands-on experience with CCTV systems
• Strong communication and coordination skills
• Ability to work independently and manage multiple tasks
