Job Description

As an IT Coordinator, your role will involve monitoring and maintaining computer systems, networks, and hardware. You will be responsible for providing first-level support for technical issues related to hardware, software, and network systems. Your key responsibilities will include: - Coordinating IT resources and schedules for various departments. - Assisting in managing servers, backups, and IT security protocols. - Installing and configuring software and computer systems for new users. - Maintaining documentation of IT processes, systems, and assets. - Liaising with vendors for the procurement and maintenance of IT equipment. - Ensuring data protection and compliance with IT policies. - Supporting internal staff with training on software tools and best practices. - Undertaking any additional tasks or responsibilities assigned by the organization. To qualify for this role, you should have: - Proven experience in IT coordination, helpdesk, or system administration roles. - Working knowledge of networks, hardware, software installation, and troubleshooting. - Familiarity with Windows/Linux OS and basic server management. - Strong organizational and communication skills. - Ability to prioritize and multitask in a fast-paced environment. Educational Qualifications: - Bachelor's degree in Information Technology, Computer Science, Electronics & Communication, or a related field is required. Diploma holders with strong experience and relevant certifications may also be considered. - Additional certifications such as CompTIA A+, Network+, Microsoft Certified (MCP/MCSA/MCSE), or Cisco Certified (CCNA) are an added advantage.,
