Job Description

We are looking for a skilled Sr Human Resources Consultant to join our team on a fixed term contract basis for 12 months, focusing on Disability and Leave Services (DLS). The ideal candidate will have a strong background in human resources and excellent analytical skills.

Roles and Responsibility

Develop and implement effective HR strategies to support business objectives.

Provide expert guidance on employment laws and regulations, including DLS.

Conduct thorough analysis of HR data to identify trends and areas for improvement.

Collaborate with cross-functional teams to design and deliver training programs.

Manage employee relations, ensuring compliance with company policies and procedures.

Develop and maintain relationships with external stakeholders, including government agencies.

Job Requirements

Strong knowledge of HR principles, practices, and procedures, with a focus on DLS.

Ability to work independently and as part of a team, with strong attention to detail.

Proficient in HR software and systems, with the ability to learn new tools quickly.

Strong understanding of employment laws and regulations, including DLS.

Experience working in an IT Services & Consulting environment.
