Job Description

We are looking for a highly motivated and experienced Clinical Research Associate to join our team at Novartis India, in the Pharmaceutical & Life Sciences industry. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in clinical research and a passion for delivering high-quality results.

Roles and Responsibility

Conduct site monitoring visits to ensure compliance with study protocols and regulations.

Collaborate with investigators, site staff, and other stakeholders to achieve study objectives.

Develop and maintain relationships with key stakeholders, including sponsors, CROs, and regulatory agencies.

Coordinate and manage site activities, including data collection, case report forms, and investigational activities.

Ensure timely and accurate reporting of study progress and issues to management.

Participate in quality control and quality assurance activities to ensure high standards of conduct.

Job Requirements

Bachelor's degree in life sciences or a related field.

Proven experience in clinical research, preferably in a pharmaceutical company or CRO setting.

Strong knowledge of Good Clinical Practice (GCP) principles and regulations.

Excellent communication, interpersonal, and problem-solving skills.

Ability to work independently and as part of a team.

Proficiency in using computer systems and software applications relevant to clinical research.
