Job Description

We are looking for a highly organized and detail-oriented RME Coordinator to join our team, with 2-5 years of experience in the field.

Roles and Responsibility

Coordinate and manage Return Material Exchange (RME) processes, ensuring timely and accurate returns.

Collaborate with cross-functional teams to resolve issues related to RME, including logistics and customer service.

Develop and implement effective strategies to improve RME efficiency and reduce costs.

Analyze data and metrics to identify trends and areas for improvement in RME operations.

Provide excellent customer service, responding to inquiries and resolving concerns related to RME.
