Your impact
- Self-manage work queue in ServiceNow and timely processing of requests to meet due dates for global requests supporting Jacobs employees.
- Cooperate with the IT governance to ensure charging direction and requirement validation was complete.
- Engage with suppliers via email, supplier portal or phone to request quotes for product.
- Receive documented quote and validate data against the request for compliancy.
- Process orders via portal, Oracle Purchasing or via company issued purchase cards and maintain record keeping according to IT Sourcing protocol for audit purpose.
- Ensure all software asset data are available and handed-off to the Software Asset Management team for tracking.
- Complete necessary timesheets and expense reports in accurately and in a timely fashion
- Uses superior interpersonal communications skills to effectively interface with other buyers, stakeholders and management regarding procurement status.
- Ability to review and negotiate vendor terms and conditions

Here's what you'll need
- +2 years of experience in procurement/sales/business or customer service
- Bachelor’s degree, preferably with focus in Supply Chain Management or Information Technology
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills
- Experience with Microsoft Office suite and experience with business email correspondence
- Demonstrates detailed oriented acumen and independent work management skills
- Fluency in English, both written and spoken
