We are seeking a dynamic and motivated
IT Business Development Executive
to join our growing team in Indore. The ideal candidate should have at least
1 year of experience in project coordination or client interaction
in an IT services environment. This is a full-time, on-site role for candidates looking to transition into business development, without a reliance on freelance platforms such as Upwork or Fiverr.

Key Responsibilities
- Identify and develop new business opportunities through various channels (LinkedIn, email campaigns, lead generation tools, etc.)
- Build and maintain relationships with prospective clients to drive business growth
- Understand client requirements and collaborate with internal teams to develop proposals and solutions
- Schedule and conduct meetings, product demos, and presentations
- Track sales metrics and report performance on a regular basis
- Coordinate between client and technical teams to ensure smooth onboarding and project kickoff
- Stay up-to-date with industry trends and emerging markets
Requirements
- Minimum 1 year of experience in a Project Coordinator, Client Servicing, or similar role in an IT company
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills in English
- Strong interpersonal, negotiation, and organizational skills
- Ability to understand basic technical concepts and client requirements
- Proficient in using CRM tools, email marketing, and lead generation platforms (not including Upwork/Fiverr)
- Bachelor's degree in IT, Business Administration, or related field
Preferred Skills
- Prior experience in sales prospecting or business development (non-freelancing)
- Quick learner with a proactive and professional approach
