IT Business Analyst

Role Overview: As a Business Analyst at our company, your main responsibility will be wish list planning and build scheduling based on business requirements from both internal and external customers. You will play a crucial role in creating detailed specifications for product understanding, which includes use cases, flow diagrams, scenarios, and acceptance test cases. Your aim will be to effectively communicate current and future business processes to the development team. Working closely with the development team, you will also prototype proposed solutions and provide functional inputs throughout the development lifecycle to ensure customer needs are met. Additionally, conducting competitor analysis and customer need analysis to keep module features updated will be part of your role. Writing and publishing customer stories and recommended usage of features to enhance the product will also be one of your responsibilities. Key Responsibilities: - Wish list planning and Build Scheduling based on business requirements - Create detailed specifications for product understanding - Work with development team on prototyping and proof of concept - Provide functional inputs throughout development lifecycle - Conduct competitor and customer need analysis - Write and publish customer stories and recommended feature usage Qualifications & Skillsets: - Basic knowledge of Design and Operations - Good Communication & Analytical Skills - Quick understanding of customer requirements - Good Interpersonal skills - Strong technical understanding - Troubleshooting and Problem-solving skills - Ability to write test cases & PSS Note: The company also offers health insurance and provident fund benefits.
