Job Description

As a Business Analyst working in Kakkanad, Kochi, your role will involve the following responsibilities: - Wish list planning and Build Scheduling based on business requirements from both internal and external customers. - Creating a detailed specification for Product understanding of the requirements (Use cases, Flow diagrams, Scenarios, Acceptance Test cases) to effectively communicate current and future business processes to the development team. - Working with the development team on prototyping to provide proof of concept of proposed solutions. - Providing the development team with functional inputs through the development lifecycle to validate customer needs are met. - Conducting competitor analysis and customer need analysis to keep the module features updated. - Writing and publishing customer stories and recommended usage of features to help the product. Qualification & Skillsets required for this role: - Basic knowledge of Design and Operations - Good Communication & Analytical Skills - Quick understanding of customer requirements - Good Interpersonal skills - Good technical understanding - Troubleshooting and Problem-solving abilities - Ability to write test cases & PSS. Please note that this is a Full-time position with benefits such as health insurance and provident fund. The work schedule is during the day shift, and the work location is in person.
