As a Business Analyst at our company, your role will involve coordinating and managing the IT software development process for custom enterprise solutions. You should have operational experience working within a software development environment, which may include managing a team of developers or handling specific projects with different teams. Your technical skills will be crucial, as they will vary depending on the type of software being produced, ranging from web-based development to database and mobile application design. A significant portion of your responsibilities, approximately 30%, will involve strong documentation knowledge, including creating wireframes and process flow diagrams. Key Responsibilities: - Possess a good technology background - Understand basics of solution architecture - Familiarity with technology architecture, database design, and software application design - Demonstrate team management skills - Knowledge of Agile/Scrum management - Exhibit excellent communication, presentation, and facilitation skills - Think analytically and make informed decisions - Proficient in problem-solving - Master documentation and visualization techniques In addition to the above responsibilities, you will be well-versed in the following processes and responsibilities: Elaboration Phase: - Researching business problems - Deciding on the expected business value - Drafting non-functional requirements - Preparing functional requirements - Formulating the main backlog Development Phase: - Setting up preparation activities - Tracking the development process Qualifications Required: - Bachelor's degree (Preferred) - 3 years of analysis skills (Preferred) - 4 years of total work experience (Required) - 2 years of documentation experience (Required) In terms of company details, we offer the following benefits: - Health insurance - Provident Fund This is a permanent job opportunity with a work schedule from Monday to Friday.
