Risk Consulting team is looking for Associate Consultants/ Consultants/ Assistant Managers to join their IT Audit Assurance team in Bengaluru. Team provides independent assurance on controls in place across clients IT environment and ways to mitigate Technology risks.

Risk Based IT Internal Audit.
IT SOX 404 Controls Testing, Quality Assurance
IT Attestation (SOC1/SOC2/ISAE 3402, ISAE 3000 etc.)
Internal Financial Controls related to IT General Controls
IT General Controls as part of Financial Statements Audits
IT Risk Control Self-Assessment
Business Systems Controls / IT Application Controls
Auditing Emerging Technologies such as Cloud, Intelligent Automation etc.

Position:

Associate Consultants/ Consultants/ Assistant Managers

Responsibilities

Industry Experience:

Plan and execute the day-to-day activities of IT audit engagements for clients, including SSAE 16 readiness assessments, SOX Engagements.

Perform testing of IT Application Controls, IPE and Interface Controls, IT General Controls review covering areas such as Change Management, Access Management, Backup Management, Incident and Problem Management, SDLC, Data Migration, Batch Job scheduling/monitoring and Business Continuity and Disaster Recovery.

Evaluate the design and effectiveness of General IT controls across applications Infrastructure level.

Collaborate with other members of the engagement team to plan the engagement and develop relevant workpapers/deliverables.

Perform fieldwork and share the daily progress of fieldwork, informing supervisors of engagement status.

Identify and communicate IT audit findings to senior management and clients.

Help identify performance improvement opportunities for assigned clients.

Perform Quality assurance/ peer review of workpapers.

Additional Responsibilities for Assistant Managers:

Supervise associates and interns on engagements.

Serve as a liaison between clients and upper management.
