IT Associate

As an IT Executive at our organization, you will play a crucial role in managing both software and hardware systems. Your responsibilities will include installing, configuring, and maintaining hardware and software systems, troubleshooting technical issues, providing IT support to employees, and ensuring data security and integrity through system backups and updates. You will also be involved in managing IT inventory, collaborating with vendors, and assisting in software upgrades and installations. Key Responsibilities: - Install, configure, and maintain hardware and software systems. - Troubleshoot and resolve technical issues related to software, hardware, and network systems. - Provide timely IT support to employees. - Ensure the security and integrity of company data through regular backups and updates. - Assist in software upgrades, patches, and new system installations. - Manage IT inventory, including hardware, software licenses, and equipment. - Collaborate with vendors and external IT support when needed. Qualifications: - Proven experience in IT support, including hardware and software management. - Strong knowledge of computer systems, networks, and troubleshooting techniques. - Familiarity with operating systems such as Windows, macOS, and Linux, as well as common business software applications. - Strong problem-solving and communication skills. - A degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related field is preferred.
