Review technology sector projects proposals to ensure no functional duplication or divergent from organization business and technology strategies. Determine enhancement opportunities for BSS applications and the right time and approaches to acquire the technologies related. Direct or indirect involvement in the development of policies, standards and guidelines that direct the selection, development, implementation and use of BSS technologies within the enterprise. Assess the gaps between the As-Is and To-Be BSS architectures and define transition strategies and roadmap for addressing those gaps. Manage the evolution of As Is BSS (Sales & Marketing, billing and Revenue Management, customer management, order management ..etc. ) architecture components and lead the development of To-Be based on agreed leading frameworks, e.g.TMF Framework. Oversee the development of Omni channels and partnerships management architectures.
