Where People Lead and Tech Empowers. Responsibilities Design and architect Microsoft Co-Pilot solutions aligned with business needs and strategic objectives. Collaborate with stakeholders to assess requirements, identify challenges, and propose innovative AI-powered solutions. Provide technical leadership for the implementation and customization of Microsoft Co-Pilot applications. Integrate Microsoft Co-Pilot with Microsoft 365 applications (e.g., Teams, Outlook, Word, Excel) and relevant third-party solutions. Ensure AI solutions are secure, scalable, and reliable while adhering to best practices. Lead proof-of-concept initiatives and deliver impactful demonstrations of Co-Pilot capabilities. Mentor and guide technical teams on AI adoption strategies and best practices. Stay up to date with emerging technologies, AI trends, and Microsoft advancements. Qualifications Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related field. 8+ years of experience in enterprise-level solution architecture, with a strong focus on Microsoft technologies. Deep expertise in Microsoft 365, Azure AI, and Power Platform. Hands-on experience developing and deploying AI-powered applications. Microsoft certifications in Azure AI or Microsoft 365 (preferred). Strong problem-solving and analytical skills with excellent communication abilities. Proven ability to collaborate effectively with cross-functional teams. Preferred Qualifications: Experience with AI/ML model integration and natural language processing (NLP). Familiarity with Microsoft Graph API and advanced data integration techniques. Knowledge of data governance, security, and compliance best practices. Previous experience in a consulting or professional services environment.
